Veronica
Acosta – Wingate University
senior forward Veronica Acosta was honored with the Leadership by Example
award as a member of the Bulldog soccer team. Acosta scored four goals, three of
which were game winning goals. In the 2005 season, Wingate compiled an 11-9
overall record.
