The Ralph Hargett Men's Golf Leadership Award

The Ralph Hargett Men’s Golf Leadership Award will honor the memory of longtime men’s golf coach Ralph Hargett.

The award will be presented each year to the member of the men=s golf team who best represents the ideals coach Hargett embodied: leadership, integrity, character and sportsmanship.

It is the hope of the Wingate University athletic department that this award will become one of the most prestigious honors the department bestows.

Garrett Davitt

Garrett Davitt was second on the Bulldogs with a 76.81 scoring average. Davitt finished third in the Tusculum Fall Classic, shooting a season-low 140. Davitt had four top-fifteen finishes in 2006-07, as he was one of two Bulldogs to participate in all 10 events.
