Alexis McDaniel – Wingate University junior Alexis McDaniel was honored with the Most Valuable Player award as a member of the Bulldog tennis team. McDaniel has played number one singles three years in a row. She earned All-SAC honors in 2004 and in 2006 was named to the All-Conference first team. She is a member of the SAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll. On March 25th McDaniel defeated the 2005 SAC player of the year Erika Bellettini 6-3, 6-2.
