Sam Holmes

Hill.
HIGH SCHOOL: Holmes attended George Washington High School in Danville, Va., where
he played basketball for head coach Bobby Martin. Holmes also
attended Hiwassee College before joining the Bulldogs. While at George
Washington High, he won the best practice player and best free throw
shooter awards. A team captain, Holmes was the Coaches Award recipient for
his high school program. The 6-2 junior plans to major in business
management. Sam is the son of Samuel, Sr. and Deborha Holmes.
