Dan Fowler saw a good deal of action during his freshman season, appearing in 13 games in 2007. He will be fighting for a spot on the Bulldogs’ short stick defensive unit in 2008. His work rate and toughness are his best attributes. Fowler’s stick skills and knowledge of the game continue to improve. These attributes will be the determining factors in the amount of playing time he will see this season.

Fowler will add another strong face-off middie to the deepest group in the conference. He will also be working with the Bulldogs’ short stick defensive midfield unit. He has impressed the coaching staff with his hard work and may work his way into the playing rotation before the season ends. Fowler played for Coach Bill Sutphin at Lenape High School where he was twice an all-conference pick. Fowler was team MVP as a senior.
