Structure of the Practice Program

Recruiting Procedure

We take all enquiries into our program very seriously and do our best to watch as many tournaments and high school games as possible. We attend the following tournaments throughout the year – Bethesda, Raleigh, Kirkwood, Dallas, Orlando, Long Island, to name but a few. After identifying the best prospects in their sophomore and junior years, we then look towards bringing in these prospective student athletes to our College Showcase Camp in July to work with the coaching staff and view the campus.             

College Showcase Camp

The College Showcase Camp allows us to work with the 30 best recruits over a four day period. This gives us the chance to work with the players and watch them in both game and practice situations as well as how they interact with others. It also gives potential players the chance to spend a week on campus and sample the coaching set-up as well as the facilities on campus. With ten high school teams in attendance from all over the south east region, the camp ensures at least eight games throughout the week with a tournament format.

There will also be other college coaches as well as elite qualified coaches from Europe on the staff and unlike other "college showcase" camps, our roster backs up the fact that this is our key recruiting tool and there is a high success rate for the players attending. Players are also educated on the recruiting process from a number of guest speakers.
