2006: Jacki Emmenecker was selected to the All-SAC freshman team. Emmenecker had a spectacular freshman year playing in 105 games for the Bulldogs. The true freshman had 627 kills, 205 digs (2.05 kills per game) and 151 digs (1.44 digs per game) on the year. Emmenecker was one of three Bulldogs selected to the Food Lion SAC tournament championship All-Tournament team.

High School: A 5-9 outside hitter, Emmenecker played for Premier Volleyball Club in Toledo, Ohio. She led her Toledo Christian High School team to a 22-0 overall record. Emmenecker was a first team All-League and All-District honoree. She also won the Sportsmanship Award Premier 2005. Also, Emmenecker was honored as the 4-H Sportsman of the Year in 2005 and Best Athlete of the Senior Class. She also won the Joshua Leadership Award, the Distinguished Christian Student Award and the Award of Merit and Honors. Furthermore, Emmenecker was also a standout basketball player. She was voted basketball team MVP.

Coach Collier: “Jacki had a great freshman season and was a key factor in helping us win the Conference. She was an excellent hitter and solid all-around player as a freshman. She is one of our team’s hardest working players every day.”
